A Georgia-based cop has resigned in disgrace after a viral TikTok blasted him for engaging in an on-duty sex act.

Larry “Ben” Thompson of Millen, Georgia, was recently caught receiving oral sex while in uniform. The act was recorded from afar by a user who regularly works on telecommunications towers for a living, and it went down in an open area near a cemetery.

The original video went up on March 19, and the videographer proceeded to post two remixed versions.

The Millen Police Department soon caught wind of the video, and they identified Thompson as the officer in question. This prompted Police Chief Dwayne Herrington to schedule a sit-down with Thompson earlier this week, though the red-handed cop ultimately decided to resign rather than face the consequences of his actions.
