Following Jesse Williams’ powerful acceptance speech at the 2016 BET Awards, Erin Smith created a petition for the Grey’s Anatomy star to be removed from the Shondaland show, which little over 10,000 #AllLivesMatter sympathizers have signed.

Instead of getting upset about Smith’s white tears, here are 13 more important petitions to sign on Change.org:
