A night out at the club has turned into a nightmare for 21-year-old FAMU student Jerod D. Hutchinson who was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior and arrested for having sex with a juvenile in Tallahassee, Florida.

The incident occurred April 7, but Hutchinson turned himself in July 21 and has been released on bond as of Wednesday, July 26. According to local news outlet WTXL, the young girl took her sister's ID and snuck out of a friends house she was sleeping over at on the day of the incident. The unnamed girl told Hutchinson that she was 18. Additionally, Hutchinson said that the girl was "dancing aggressive and started rubbing him."

"The female grabbed his hand and led him into the men's restroom," the report said he told investigators, and, "told the other males inside the men's room to be quiet."

Investigators were told by the young girl that they had sex in his dorm room. That statement has yet to be proven true. 

There was also a video of the act. WTXL reported that someone recorded Hutchinson and the girl having intercourse but no one has been identified. The investigator reviewing the footage said he could see Hutchinson and the juvenile holding hands and walking into the restroom area. Then, about 15 minutes later, the girl leaves the area with two of other people.

Since the story has come out, social media have been split on if the young man was in fault. Many said the girl deceived him and club security should have never allowed her in the first place. Twitter users overwhelmingly believed that Hutchinson was the victim.
