Social media users are calling out the Fresh & Fit Podcast for allegedly antagonizing Black women. The backlash comes after host Myron Gaines got into a verbal altercation with guest Asian Doll.
After the latest incident, viewers are pointing out the show's controversial history. One particular clip that has resurfaced is from an episode where the Fresh & Fit Podcast hosts said they don't date Black women.

"Hey bro, if you want to date a bunch of Shaniquas, go for it man," Gaines says in the clip.
The other host, Fresh, then chimes in, saying, "Laquisha."
"Me and Fresh aren't really down with the Brown like that. We ain't night riders," Gaines continues. "Sometimes if they're redbone, but like, in general, me and Fresh don't dabble in the dark if you know what I'm saying."
While some people defended the hosts, saying they can date whoever they want, others are especially troubled by the words that were used to describe Black women.
“ EvErYoNe CaN hAvE ThEiR oWn PrEfErEnCe” ???? no one said you couldn’t but, why start talking down and stereotyping WOC? , that’s big cornball energy. You can like what you like without bringing others down ????????♀️ & the fact there’s BLACK men agreeing w this corny shit , LORDT ????????♀️????????♀️

Fresh and Fit podcast are bozos.
They jumped into the "high value man", "alpha male" lane but if you watch one episode you'll see that they just two nerds who didn't get attention from girls till they got this platform https://t.co/MCQM5g1CK3

The heated exchange between Asian Doll and Gaines starts with the host calling out the rapper, accusing her of repeatedly having "sidebar conversations" during the show. The rapper then fires back, calling him "mean."
"I'm not mean at all," Gaines said. "Have you been here the whole time? You don't know what's happening. How are you gonna come on somebody's show, not know what go down and say, 'You're mean?'"
As the back-and-forth continues, the host proceeds to tell his guest to "get the f**k off the show."
Some of the other people on the podcast can be heard trying to calm their friend, saying, "Chill out."
"Chill bro. She don't gotta go nowhere," one person said on the set.
Asian Doll addressed the matter on her Twitter account.
"I was so calm yesterday cause I knew what he was tryna do," she wrote. "Mr. Freddy cougar was Finna get beat down elm street off camera I’m thankful for the growth & self control & im happy I defended another Black woman cause he was treating her sooooo bad ugh."

Gaines also defended himself, saying he only called out his guest after she was being rude throughout the show.

The host was right, she didn't understand the context and should've kept her mouth shut.

The show's critics are now telling Black women to avoid going on the podcast.
no black girls need to be going on the fresh and fit podcast . that’s it. let those dingdongs talk amongst themselves with their white girls.
