Ever wonder which Black conferences you should be attending?

After two years of being hosted virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic, AfroTech Conference will be held in person on Sunday, Nov. 13 through Thursday, Nov. 17 at the Austin Convention Center and Hilton Austin. This 5-day event is one you won’t want to miss.

Over 20,000 Black tech innovators, founders, entrepreneurs and more will convene for a series of dynamic talks, teachings and network opportunities. This year, the conference will even feature a series of live performances by artists like Bia, Zaytoven, Bas, DJ Moma, Mélat and others.

AfroTech Conference has a little something for everybody. Learn more about the conference and what you can expect with this guide, and grab your tickets today!

But that’s not the only Black conference you’ll need to check out in 2022 — and 2023. In fact, these next few months feature nothing but choices for Black men and women to attend conferences “for us, by us.” Or, at least those who wish to reach out to the community without pandering to it.

If events like AfroTech interest you, then you’ll also want to check out these five other Black-focused conferences being held in 2022 and 2023.
