In what is an easy explanation of mistaken identity, a cake decorator misheard a birthday cake request for Disney princess Moana and delivered a marijuana-themed confection instead.

The now-viral post reads: "So my mama called and ordered me a cake telling them how much I loved Moana. (Because really I do) Well needless to say these people thought she said marijuana."

The mishap occurred at a Dairy Queen in Milledgeville, Georgia and recipient Kensli Taylor Davis believes it was just a situation of the Telephone game gone awry. The baker in question apologized and offered to design a replacement dessert.

"I think they thought that she said 'marijuana' because we are from south Georgia and kind of have an accent. So, 'Moana,' marijuana?" Davis explained to 13 WMAZ.

Despite the honest mistake, Davis asserts the cake was "tasty" and plans to reorder from that same Dairy Queen again.

"It won't be 'Moana' or marijuana. I just won't get a design at all. I'll just get a regular ice cream cake if I have to," Davis added.
