Yesterday a 16 year-old Delaware girl was beaten to death in a school bathroom as her peers stood by and recorded the incident.
The late teen, Amy Joyner-Francis, was known for breaking up fights, not participating in them. “She went in there to talk things out. She didn’t believe in fighting,” a former classmate told Delaware Online “and the craziest thing is she died in a fight.”
Not only was Amy a peace-maker, but she was also captain of her high school’s wrestling team and had plans to attend college.
According to ABC News the fight started before classes had even begun. After paramedics attempted to perform CPR on Amy, she was airlifted to a local children’s hospital. Watch the full news story here:
