In a minute long video on Instagram, French Montana debuted the renovations to the Suubi Health Center, a medical facility he helped to restore.

Back in May, Montana donated $100,000 to the Mama Hope Organization to help to revamp the facility in Uganda. He first visited the center while in the country filing his music video for "Unforgettable."

The founding director of Mama Hope, Nyla Rodgers, who can be seen in the Instagram video, gave a tour of the facility to showcase the progress it is undergoing, and it is coming along nicely.

Rodgers shared this statement in the video:

“I just wanted to show you what you’ve been able to help build. This is the staff quarters where all of the doctors and nurses and health workers are going to be able to live. Where before, they were about five miles away. And then also, what we have happening here is the extension that wasn’t built two weeks ago. And soon it will look just like the staff quarters. And it will be plastered. And it will have a roof in the next two weeks. And then the services here will be able to reach 286,000 people. And so, I just wanted you to know how much it means to me that you decided to come to this beautiful community and bring healthcare to all of these people.”

Though the Suubi Health Center is not yet finished, it looks wonderful.

The Weeknd, who also donated to the Suubi Health Center, was praised in Montana's post. The singer made his donation just a month after French Montana did, inspired by the Moroccan rapper's charitable gift.

We cannot wait to see the finishing touches, and hope that the community will be well-served by the new additions.
