Four Dallas judges have created a program called "Pipelines to Possibilities," a program committed to educating youth on various aspects of the justice system and inspiring youth to become leaders in society. The program aims to teach students more about the issues of society and the criminal justice system and how they can avoid becoming a statistic.

This great program's four founding judges are also members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

According to Watch The Yard, Pipeline to Possibilities consists of four sessions: Introduction to the Criminal Justice System, Presentation and Appearance, Changing Mindsets, and College Explosion & Bridging Law Enforcement and Neighborhoods In Dallas.

Throughout these classes, students are taught things like how to tie ties, apply makeup, and to present themselves respectably both in person and through their social media presence. They also learn more about the issues they will face and how to avoid them, as well as hearing from people who found themselves in the criminal justice system because of the decisions they made while they were young and help the participants understand how important it is to make good choices. Students get to learn about different careers and colleges. The college session, of course, kicks off with a black greek step show.

Most importantly, there's a chance for students to express their concerns with law enforcement agents about issues such as police brutality.
