Sometimes all you can do is laugh. Two hysterical Trump supporters tried to disrupt a city council meeting in Tucson, Arizona, on Tuesday when a video of their protest began circulating on social media for the opposite reason.

The video went viral when the internet saw the hilarious reaction of comedian Alex Kack who couldn't control his laughter as the Trump supporters ranted and raved.

By Wednesday, #GreenShirtGuy was trending, and everyone wanted to know more about Kack and his reaction to the protesters.

The two people, fully dressed in "Make America Great Again" hats and shirts, were protesting because the city council was debating whether to add a "Sanctuary City" law to the ballot in November. The law would allow Tucson to become the first sanctuary city in the state.

The 28-year-old comedian is also a hardworking activist and attended the session because of his work with Tucson Families Free and Together, one of the groups behind the new measure.

In an interview with Mashable, Kack said he was laughing at the absurdity of the situation.

"Who has the time in their day to come into a public space just to spread hatred and negativity? Like honestly what happened that made them so ridiculous and hateful?" he told Mashable in an email.

"I think it's a bold statement of morality that our community needs to make, given our history with the larger sanctuary movement and the community that lives here it's something that we need to pass. Families deserve to be together and all people deserve the right to feel safe."

As the internet tried to figure out who the green shirt guy was, famed funnyman Patton Oswalt revealed that he knew Kack. He also said another man, seen in the video playing his banjo, needed to go viral.

Police eventually removed the Trump protesters for disrupting the meeting, and the ballot measure passed.
