During a stop in Oakland on the "4:44" tour, Jay Z spotted a fan holding a pretty interesting sign. The superfan, Christina Cruz, held a sign that read, "I Beat Cancer 2X 2 C U! I LOVE U!!! SELFIE OR HUG?" Concert-goers were shocked and elated when the rapper invited the fan up on stage. When Jay brought her up he offered her the latter saying, "You beat cancer twice I gotta give you at least a hug."

He gave her some beautiful, encouraging words. Reminding her that if she can beat cancer twice, she can do anything.
The Jay-Z concert = incredible
Watching him bring a woman on stage who was holding up the sign “I’ve beat cancer twice. Selfie or hug?” = completely unforgettable
Recognizing true strength & putting on an amazing show. ???? @RocNation

This isn't the first time Hova has showcased his big heart during this tour. At his Cleveland show a few weeks ago, he took time to remind 9-year-old concertgoer to believe in her own potential. The girl was ecstatic as Jay told her she could be president one day.
JAY-Z's spontaneous conversation with a 9 year old girl:
"At this very moment America is way more sexist than they are racist, but you young lady, you got the potential to be the next president of the United States, you believe that." ❤
