Henrik Olsson Lilja, the man who initially represented A$AP Rocky in his Sweden assault case, was reportedly shot in the head and chest when leaving his apartment in Stockholm Friday.

According to TMZ, a gunman walked up to Olsson Lilja and shot him before speeding off in an SUV.

The lawyer's condition is unknown, but TMZ said it has seen a photo of the head injury, which is too gruesome to post.

According to Forbes, police are treating the situation as an isolated incident, and “several people” have been arrested for questioning.

Olsson Lilja reportedly called the police himself, with emergency services responding at 8:59 local time and taking him to the hospital, Swedish newspaper Expressen reported.

"The lawyer borrowed a neighbor's phone himself and alerted police before he ran out onto the street," Expressen reported. "He has provided important clues to the police."

A woman was searched by police in the morning and has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, according to Expressen.

Other witnesses, according to Complex, said a black SUV fled the scene, followed by police soon after.

The Swedish Police Authority released a statement on its website, saying “The police have arrested several people for questioning. The investigation is at an intense stage and the police are working on several different fronts to make progress.”

"The police's first theory is not that the lawyer is shot because of his work, but also such a scenario is investigated," Expressen reported.

Olsson Lilja represented A$AP after the rapper was accused of assaulting a man in Stockholm, but the lawyer was replaced before the trial began.

According to Forbes, Olsson Lilja represents other high-profile clients such as Qiao Jianjun, a notorious fugitive accused by Beijing of embezzling millions of dollars.
