The Obamas hosted Canadian PM Justin Trudeau at a White House state dinner on Thursday night, and the special guests in attendance were the first daughters, Malia and Sasha Obama. It was their first time attending the state dinner and they definitely brought the glamour along with their parents.

Prime Minister Trudeau made his remarks and included the first daughters saying he understands what it’s like to be the children of world leaders as well as the perks and eye-roll moments. “I admire you very much, both of you, for your extraordinary strength and your grace,” Trudeau said adding that their years at the White House would provide them with “strength and wisdom beyond your years for the rest of your life.”
