Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles, 24, is engaged to her longtime boo, Houston Texans safety Jonathan Owens, 26, according to Biles' Instagram post.

"THE EASIEST YES," Biles' wrote in her caption, according to Instagram. "I can't wait to spend forever & ever with you, you're everything I dreamed of and more! let's get married FIANCÉ @jowens_3."

Jonathan Owens popped the question and completely surprised Biles.

On Tuesday, Biles uploaded a string of photos that captured Owens, wearing a gray suit with black kicks, proposing to Biles, who was dressed in a fitted black mini dress. Owens offered Biles a stunning oval-shaped centered diamond stone with a diamond-coated band, the New York Post reports.

Owens left a comment on Biles' post, writing "Ready for forever with you."

He also posted his own set of pictures from the special moment, captioning the photos, "Woke up this morning with a fiancée." He added that his wife-to-be was clueless about his plans to propose.

The courtship between Biles and Owens began in Aug. 2020. For their first anniversary, the couple celebrated apart as Biles competed in the Olympics held in Tokyo. However, Biles commemorated the special day with a social media post.

Owens showed his support for Biles when she had to withdraw from the Tokyo Games due to experiencing the "twisties," which causes athletes to lose their spatial awareness.

"Imma ride with you through whatever baby ," Owens wrote in an Instagram post at the time. "Your strength and courage is unmatched and you inspire me more and more everyday SB You always gone be my champ baby and don't you ever forget that, I love you so much and I can't wait till you come home and I get to see that beautiful smile again. You know I'm always here for you baby."

Biles described Owens as "always so supportive" to People.

"He's always, always so helpful and making sure I stay on top of my therapy and all of that," Biles said. "He's the best because he also goes through it [as an athlete], so he knows exactly how it is in the process. It's been amazing to have him."
