Southside is on Mello’s side in his fight against the racist white teacher at Mello’s school.

In a video posted on Instagram Friday, the 808 Mafia producer was seen expressing his fury with his son’s teacher. The educator has the high-minded opinion that his race is “superior” to the minority students of his middle school.

Afterward, the undisclosed Texas school teacher at Bohls Middle School shared his thoughts with his students. Eventually, he became irritated by their probing inquiries into the validity of his controversial racist opinion.

At one point, he even snapped back at the children in exasperation.

“Damnn, how many times I gotta say it?” he replied regarding his racist views.

“Deep down in my heart, I’m ethnocentric, which means I think my race is the superior one,” he boldly added. “I think everybody thinks that they’re just not honest about it.”

Then, he went and implied that everybody is racist to some degree, which was pretty outrageous of him.

“I think everybody’s a racist at that level,” the bold white man said.

In the video, Mello stands up to the teacher’s racist remarks on behalf of himself and his classmates. He claimed to take notice of the unfairness towards him, having realized that he is treated “the wrongest of anybody.”

Announcing that he is standing with his son and “the other black and Spanish kings and queens in this video,” Southside grabbed the clip from Mello’s Instagram and posted it on his.

My child was told by this man that his race is superior. I don’t understand how we’re still in a world where I know I am probably more intelligent, I have accomplished way more in life than this guy,” exclaimed the genuinely concerned father.

“Legally, my son wants an education, and he is being denied. This sh*t is sad, this is in Austin, Texas, this hurts my heart to see this. I’m so angry I’m at a loss for words, but I will stand up for my child and the other Black and Spanish kings and queens in this video,” he said in his caption.

As Blavity reported, the white teacher involved in the incident has been placed on administrative leave.

Dr. Douglas Killian, the Pflugerville Independent School District superintendent, issued a statement about Mello and his teacher.

“We are aware of an inappropriate conversation a teacher at Bohls Middle School had with students this week during an advisory class,” Killian said in the statement. “This interaction does not align with our core beliefs as a district. The video of the conversation includes statements that we find wholly inappropriate.”

“The teacher has been placed on administrative leave while Human Resources conducts an investigation,” he continued. “Pflugerville ISD and Bohls MS work together to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for our students.”

“The advisory activity was inappropriate, inaccurate, and unacceptable. This type of interaction will not be tolerated in PfISD schools,” Killian reassured.

The school administration has expressed regret “for the undue stress or concern this has caused.” They’ve pledged to make administrators and counselors available to students and their families who wish to discuss the matter further.
