A teen reportedly shot at a group of people because he did not want white people in his neighborhood.

Devonta Allen was walking down a Cincinnati, Ohio, street on July 25 when he encountered his four targets who were riding in two separate cars. Three of the victims were white.

Court papers allege the 18-year-old said, “I don’t like white people in my hood,” moments before he shot at the vehicles, according to WKRC. Allen fired three shot, but no one was injured. The shooting was allegedly provoked by a stolen car. But, the car didn't belong to Allen, and he wasn't responsible for the theft, according to FOX19.

Ironically, Allen doesn't live in the neighborhood where the incident took place.

"I’d never seen him before and I don’t know who he was friends with," said a resident who requested anonymity.

He turned himself in on Monday and claims the group shot at him first. However, statements from the victims and witnesses contradict his story.

“This and other statements made by Allen are inconsistent with the videotape evidence and statements from the victims and witnesses,” read the criminal complaint.

The New York Daily News reports Allen was charged with four counts of felonious assault.

He appeared in court on Wednesday, where a judge handed down a $480K bond.
