According to the Norwich Bulletin, a 60-year-old woman named Mary Holcomb reportedly shouted racial slurs at black kids at a beach in Killingly, Connecticut. Local police report Holcomb was drunk and yelling when they arrived. When asked to provide her birth date and address, Holcomb reportedly threw herself to the ground. 

Holcomb was arrested and charged with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace. Her bond is set to $1,500, and she is scheduled to appear in Danielson Superior Court on July 10. 

This strange event happened just a couple of months after another grandmother harassed and attacked two black female soldiers, one of whom was pregnant, over a parking spot. 

Unlike many other similar incidents of white folks not minding their business at the expense of black folks, Holcomb's verbal assault wasn't caught on video.
