There is a video floating around the Internet that shows a member of the U.S. Marine Corps essentially being racist for sport. He's pictured in a screen-captured Snapchat video saying "F**k n*****s" directly into the camera (ironically as what sounds like Bob Marley plays in the background).

Imagine hating black people so much to the point that you're clearly obsessed with us.
Since the video has circulated, and people have confirmed that the person in the video is a marine, tweets calling the Marine Corps to take action have popped up. A day after the video was posted, the Marines responded, although it was a bit generic to some.
The actions depicted in the videos are not in keeping with the high standard of conduct to which we hold all our Marines.
We will thoroughly investigate the matter and take appropriate action based on the results of the investigation.

While it's a good thing that the Marines responded, pretty much all of us are hoping that this isn't the last response to this situation that we'll get. However, when you live in a country that was built on racism, it's hard to expect that some of those who serve won't be racist as well. Unfortunately, it seems like another day, another racist incident.
