A string of robberies in Georgia’s Dekalb County have all allegedly occurred at the hands of a man with a peculiar choice of disguise — wigs.
According to the county’s criminal investigative division, the man has robbed several businesses, including drugstores, Dollar General stores, a bank and various Waffle Houses, all while rocking assorted wigs.
In his most recent attempted heist, the man allegedly passed a note to a Waffle House waitress reading, “Pass all the money.” Subsequently, the server ran from the cash register, and the suspect fled without any cash.
The man is also being linked to other robbery attempts throughout the Atlanta metro area. Dekalb County Police published a Facebook post, urging the public to share any information they may have on the suspect.
So far, the man has not been identified and is still on the run.
