A woman who went viral on Thursday after getting heavy bonding glue stuck in her hair is now being treated at the hospital, hoping doctors can help her undo her mistake.

The Louisiana resident, who goes by Tessica on Instagram, said her hair has been stuck in a braided ponytail for about a month because she sprayed Gorilla Glue on her head, likely confusing the product with a popular gel, Gorilla Snot.

Describing her dilemma in the video, which has been seen more than a million times on Instagram, Tessica said she tried to wash her hair 15 times and even used coconut oil as a last resort.

“Look: My hair, it don’t move. You hear what I’m telling you? It don’t move,” she said in the video.

On Saturday, the woman posted a picture of herself at St. Bernard Parish Hospital, WBRZ reported. One of the images showed Tessica laying face down on a hospital bed while being treated by a healthcare worker.

Although many people initially found humor in the video, social media users are now sending her well wishes.

"I’m glad mfs actually supporting her thru this," Chance The Rapper tweeted. "When I watched the video the second time it was hard to laugh because I could tell shorty genuinely didn’t know she had put one of the worlds most powerful adhesives in her s***. I hope she recovers well."

Tessica said she is now experiencing headaches as she struggles to get the glue out of her head. The woman also received advice from Gorilla Glue, TMZ reported

"The less aggressive solvent for her hair/scalp would be rubbing alcohol to try and saturate her hair and then gently comb it out and shampoo," the company said, adding that her hair is likely fractured at the root if it has been stuck for a month.

Gorilla Glue said all of its products are considered permanent and people should never use them on their heads.
