That moment when your hateration is so hard in this dancery, you can't even get your facts straight.
That moment happened to Campus Reform editor-in-chief Lawrence Jones when he tried to come for Jemele Hill after she was named the 2018 Journalist of the Year by the National Association of Black Journalists.

Jones appeared on a segment of FOX & Friends on Tuesday to discuss her win.
Jones wasn't exactly feeling Hill's new title, to say the least.
“The bottom line is that she’s unemployed from her hosting her own TV show,” barked Jones. “This isn’t something we should be promoting.” Jones even went on to say that his hypothetical daughter wouldn't have a sports anchor to look up to because, "There is no Jemele anymore."
Survey says?
THAT'S FAKE NEWS, HOMIE.
While ESPN did chastise Hill for calling Trump a white supremacist on social media, unemployed, she is not. Though she is no longer the host of ESPN's SportsCenter, Hill currently serves as a columnist and senior correspondent for ESPN's The Undefeated.
So, not only is she not unemployed, as Jones claimed, but she still has the same exact employer.
Following the segment, the official FOX & Friends Twitter account had to post an addendum.
On the show this morning a guest stated Jemele Hill was unemployed. Correction: Hill is currently employed by ESPN.— FOX & friends (@foxandfriends) May 22, 2018
And of course, Hill decided to relish in their fail.
Can’t wait until my unemployment check kicks in ???? https://t.co/eAFFN66bkb— Jemele Hill (@jemelehill) May 22, 2018
“(NABJ) is celebrating unemployment.” ????????????????????????????
I’m not unemployed, people. I left ONE show. But thank you guys for giving me my laugh of the day. I needed this. https://t.co/ux1xh15NEx— Jemele Hill (@jemelehill) May 22, 2018
After Jones tried it, Hill deserves this moment of petty, tbh.
