Update 06/11/18: The doctor, who had at least seven patients sue and accuse her of negligence, has officially been suspended from the Georgia Medical Board, according to The New York Times.
Original: You may remember when O.T. Genasis' "Everybody Mad" received an influx of attention when Beyoncé performed a hot dance routine to the song at Coachella, inspiring many people to recreate it.
Well, someone else is paying tribute to another O.T. Genasis hit, but this one ain't hot–at all.
According to WSB-TV, Dr. Windell Boutte is facing seven lawsuits after over 20 music videos surfaced of her dancing while performing surgery on patients. Boutte uploaded the videos to YouTube.
In a really disturbing video posted across social media, you can see the doctor dancing around to the O.T. Genasis hit, "Cut It," featuring Young Dolph while a motionless patient lies beneath her.
Self-described as “Atlanta’s most experienced cosmetic surgeon,” the dermatologist is facing several malpractice lawsuits for her behavior.
One of the plaintiffs is 26-year-old Ojay Liburd, whose mother Icilma Cornelius became a patient of Dr. Boutte's to undergo a tummy tuck and liposuction procedure in 2016. Cornelius was close to earning her Ph.D and was eager to perfect her look for her upcoming wedding.
“She just wanted to be perfect for her wedding dress,” Liburd said. “She had everything going for her.”
Following the eight-hour procedure, Cornelius' heart stopped and she suffered permanent brain damage.
Another former female patient compared Dr. Boutte's work to “A Nightmare on Elm Street.”
“It’s more like Freddy Krueger cut my stomach,” she said, according to Law & Crime.
