Beauty Couch, the popular social media personality who gained fame with her roller-skating videos, has died at age 22.

The beloved social media influencer, who was reported missing recently, was found dead on August 23 in Austell, Georgia, near a burning car.

Firefighters who responded to reports of a brush fire first found the car engulfed in flames, but they didn’t see the young woman, Entertainment Tonight reported.

Police then went to the address where the car was registered and learned it belonged to Couch’s father. However, Couch drove the car most often, police added. Officers also learned then that Couch had not been seen since Tuesday morning.

When police returned to the area where the burned car was located, they found a body matching Couch’s description. Investigators are now saying foul play is suspected, but they haven’t determined the cause of death.

Couch’s mother, Kimberly, raved about her daughter’s personality and character amid the tragedy.

“She was a sweet girl, she never bothered nobody,” Kimberly told WSB-TV. “She never bothered nobody. She was a friend to everybody. She loved going skating. She loved going to work. She loved her clothes. She loved wearing her hair so pretty.”

“They took a part of my life from me,” she said. “They took a part of my heart. I want them to pay for what they did to my baby.”

Couch was known as Beauty Katera on Instagram. When Couch went missing after making her final post six days ago, many of her 150,000 followers urged people to help find her. In her final post, Couch showed off her figure in a two-piece.

“He said I look good in red , might as well call me sexy redd,” she wrote.

After her body was found, her boyfriend, 21-year-old Eugene Louis-Jocques, was arrested in connection with her death.

As People reported, he was wanted “for charges of murder, arson and aggravated assault in connection with Couch’s death.”
