Every year February marks the start of Black History Month, a time to celebrate the achievements and cultural contributions of African-Americans. A cuisine is an excellent gateway for learning about a culture. In honor of this month-long celebration, we are sharing recipes from 28 black food bloggers from around the globe, who have collaborated for a Black History Month Virtual Potluck. From West African to Creole and the Caribbean to Southern, there is something for everybody; with each blogger contributing their very own culturally inspired recipe for each day of Black History Month.
