If Power Rangers, Full House and Living Single are all getting reboots, why not White Men Can’t Jump?

The 1992 sports comedy starring Woody Harrelson and Wesley Snipes is set to be remade by an all-star team. black-ish creator Kenya Barris will helm and write the project under his September 2016 development deal with Twentieth Century Fox. Barris will be producing the film along with two celebrated athletes, the Los Angeles Clippers’ Blake Griffin and the Carolina Panthers’ Ryan Kalil.

Griffin and Kalil own the production company Mortal Media with Noah Weinstein, and already have fellow ‘90s remake The Rocketeer in their pipeline.

Barris recently announced that he is working on another classic remake for New Line Cinema: Shaft.

It seems it won’t be long before all of our childhood favorites are remade for the next generation.
