Want to bring more greens in your diet but hate eating salad? Drink it instead! Juices are great for quickly bringing nutrients to your system. Through the three greens in this juice, you can improve bone health, promote healthy skin and nails and lower blood pressure without having anything stuck in your teeth.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 3-4 leaves kale

Instructions

  1. Cut produce for efficient juicing
  2. Put produce in the juicer
  3. Put in fridge to chill
  4. Enjoy!

P.S. Due to nutrient potency and sugar content, juicing beginners might want to dilute this recipe with water.
