Singer and philanthropist Ciara will be trading her dance moves for school materials in a matter of days. According to People, the Atlanta singer is set to enroll into Harvard's Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports program.
Per Harvard's website, the curriculum is opened to those who work in the entertainment business. Brand managers, investors and agents are also encouraged to participate. The program runs from May 29 - June 1.
Participants of the discipline can also expect to "make optimal business arrangements with talent and talent representatives" and "build relationships with a diverse group of peers who can provide wide-ranging insights into your business challenges and career decisions."
Ciara has been making money moves since the beginning of this year and this new endeavor just adds to her resume of excellence. In February, Blavity reported that the mother of two launched her latest business venture, Beauty Marks Entertainment (BME). Aimed at merging the music industry with fashion, film, technology and philanthropy, B.M.E will allow the Austin-born songstress to combine many of her interests into one large operation.
Ciara's latest project was the also the first to be produced under B.M.E. Her seventh studio album Beauty Marks was released on May 10 and People reports that it has sold 135,000 units so far.
Fans already received a teaser of the "The Prayer" Ciara used to "Level Up" from Future to Russell Wilson. We wouldn't be surprised if they ask for another prayer into getting into one of the most revered institutions in the country.
