Colin Kaepernick supporters believe the signing of a problematic player to the Oakland Raiders is proof of his blackballing.

Richie Incognito has a lengthy history of misbehavior. In 2013, he was embroiled in a bullying scandal during which he was accused of harassing former teammate Jonathan Martin. During an investigation of his behavior, he was caught exhibiting racist behavior, according to Deadspin.

“Martin related that one day when he showed up to practice one day without showering, Incognito began calling him a ‘smelly,’ ‘dirty’ or ‘stinky’ ‘Pakistani,’" the report said. “Martin said that Incognito's teasing about body odor continued, even when he was wearing heavy deodorant, and that it bothered him significantly, particularly because it had a racial element.”

The report also claimed he’d joked about shooting Black people, harassed an Asian personal trainer and used homophobic slurs.

Last January, Jacksonville Jaguars player Yannick Ngakoue accused him of making racist comments during game play, according to Bleacher Report. Not to mention, USA Today reported he was arrested for acting a fool in a funeral home in August.

Despite all of those very public incidents, the offensive lineman signed a contract for a one-year “prove it” deal, reports ESPN.

"Whenever he's been focused on activities solely on the field, he's been fine, and we've done a one-year prove-it deal with him," said Raiders manager Mike Mayock. "And prove it means both on and off the field. There's some expectations he's got to meet in both areas. He turns 36 in July. We think he's going to be a good football player and allow himself to compete for the left guard job. And just as important, he's got to prove it off the field.

Meanwhile, Kaep hasn’t played in three seasons.

The former 49ers quarterback peeped game and retweeted this accurate message.

Kaep’s supporters also called the Raiders out for giving Incognito a chance.

Must be nice.
