Ever since the celebrity apprentice took office in the White House, things have been turned upside down. The “commander-in-chief” has done a lot of damage just by his tweets alone. His 100 days in office have been just like his reality show: trashy and full of drama. But he can’t do it alone without his inefficient cabinet! I know when some people think of Trump and his crew, they spew terrible things about them being disorganized, racist, sexist, pathological liars and sociopaths. I see them as a comedy sketch, like the cast of Saturday Night Live does. It’s so easy to get upset and say, “He sucks and so do the people around him too!”

While that is very true, I choose to turn that around and just laugh at their obscenities. This month, Betsy Devos was the opening act, and Sean Spicer closed it out at Comedy in the White House!

Betsy Devos made HBCU history when she decided to prance her way into Bethune-Cookman University's commencement. She didn’t get to finish a sentence before she got booed. You would’ve thought she was at the Apollo. Then, the student body decided to take matters into their own hands and turned their back on her. As a graduate of a HBCU (shout out Wiley College class of 2011), we would’ve done the same thing. Oh and let’s not talk about President Edison Jackson! That threat he made towards the students was as weak as Remy Ma’s second diss track. Fashionista Betsy Johnson was better off being the speaker that day.

Finally, there’s Sean Spicer aka Spicy aka The Spice Man! The wonderful Secretary of State was hiding in the bushes at the White House, from the press, after the fiasco with Trump firing Comey. Like the serpent in the book of Genesis, he slithered his way out and demanded that the lights remain out when asked about the incident. He didn’t want anyone to see him trying to memorize what Trump told him to say. The Spice Man's actions were a dead giveaway, just like his partner-in-crime's hair piece.

See that's funny right? We all need a little laughter in our lives because if we don’t, then we’ll be hunted with the reality of who’s running our country.
