Season 14 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta will be sure to look a lot different. After months of rumors that producers are doing a major recast in light of Season 13’s mixed reviews, longtime cast member Kenya Moore confirms there’s some truth to the chatter.

The newest Dancing With the Stars competitor recently confirmed such when doing press for the ballroom dance competition. The Jasmine Brand reports Moore saying, “[There is] definitely [a] cast shakeup.” As far as who is returning, Moore says viewers will have to tune in. “Some new faces, and some old faces not there. We’ll see! I love the oldies but goodies, I love the ‘OGs’ as they call them.”
There’s heightened speculation that several OG’s are returning, including Sheree Whitfield and Phaedra Parks. Parks and Moore feuded throughout their time on the show together but appear to be in a better place. They’ve traded well wishes on social media and recently both attended the repass for Nene Leakes’ husband, Gregg. Moore thinks Parks could be a good re-edition, saying, “The fans love Phaedra, obviously. I don’t think it would be a bad idea to have her back. I think it would be very interesting.”
Filming is set to begin next month, Moore added: “They’re looking at October, but it’s not finalized yet. But I think October.”
Drew Sidora, LaToya Ali, and Cynthia Bailey are some of the cast members whose statuses seem to be up in the air. Sidora and Moore did not get along. Ali and Moore were close at one point but fell out ahead of the Season 13 reunion. Moore doesn’t want anyone she has issues with to return, noting: “You never want to be in a situation where you’re fighting with someone all the time or who is your enemy. So if an enemy is not there, then probably I would be happy for that.”
