Taylour Young, a 25-year-old Houston native, has been missing since Dec. 9, People reports. Young’s mother, Tiffany Robinson, created the hashtag #BringTaylourHome on social media to help the search for her missing son.
“He was on his lunch break running errands, from what I gathered,” Robinson told KHOU 11.
Young's girlfriend reported him missing on Dec. 9, Click2Houston.com reports.
"I know something happened, and I just feel like he is in danger,” Robinson told KTRK, according to People. “ It's not like [Young] to not call me, my sister or anybody in our family."
The 25-year-old's mom used Apple’s Find My iPhone technology with hopes of locating her son, ABC 13 reports. His phone was later retrieved in the bushes near an ATM at Capital One. A nearby Kroger surveillance footage also captured Young and his vehicle.
He was last seen driving a 2019 silver Honda Civic while wearing gray sweatpants and a blue “Billionaire Boys Club” sweatshirt.
Robinson has since shared how Young’s disappearance has affected other family members.
“His father is taking it, like, very hard, “ she told KHOU 11. “He had to go to the hospital. Like, it’s that bad.”
As of now, the worried mother said authorities on the case are working to retrieve footage from Capital One bank. She added that even though she wants to know what has happened to her son, she’s unable to allow her mind to wander.
“I don’t have the option to be weak because my child doesn’t know me to be weak, but I have my moments where I break down and cry,” she told KTRK. “I just appreciate everyone for helping me hashtag #BringTaylourHome."
"I'm hoping for his return, safely," Robinson told KPRC 2.
Rapper Cardi B also took to Instagram to share the missing person flyer for Young.
