Food Diaries is a new docu-series exploring our broken relationship with food. Profiling food activists, doctors, healers and educators, this series brings up the questions we aren’t asking. From food waste and healing ourselves to farming for self-reliance, each subject takes us through their own personal journey in food, sustainability and choosing to live and consume more mindfully.

Have I sparked your interest yet? If you're still reading this then you should know that Food Diaries isn't solely about food. It's about evolution. It's about recognizing that our choices affect more than just our waist measurements. It's about taking responsibility for all of our choices as well as our liberation. As a symbolic gesture toward becoming more self-aware in a time like today, nothing is more important.

In its debut episode, earth advocate and founder of Fort Negrita, Ree Shreeves, describes her own journey of self-discovery as she takes viewers into her life as a zero-waster
