Selling for $59, the pen comes in gold, gunmetal and iridescent. The pen vaporizes cannabinoid (CBD) oils, which is not cannabis. CBD’s properties are not psychologically active.
The former athlete uses CBD oils for chronic pain and anxiety and wishes to see more use of it in sports.
“These type[s] of medication should be allowed in sports as an alternative to pain pills and other issues athletes deal with on a day to day basis,” Pierce tweeted.
