Dr. Jessica McClintock is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience, 9+ years of clinical supervisory experience, and 7+ years of clinical quality and managerial experience leading cross-functional teams within high-growth healthcare organizations. Throughout her career, her focus has been on driving clinical excellence, enhancing provider enablement, and leveraging digital health and artificial intelligence to maximize patient outcomes. Currently, as the Senior Clinical Training Lead at Lyra Health, she combines adult learning principles with clinical expertise to design, build, and deliver scalable training programs and interactive e-learning curriculum (including job aids, tip sheets, and multimedia content). She leads the onboarding, upskilling, and performance coaching of diverse behavioral health providers across multiple disciplines—including therapy, psychiatry, coaching, and neuropsychology—ensuring evidence-based, culturally responsive care workflows remain at the core of our Pediatric Center of Excellence (COE) and collaborative care models. Her career spans digital health innovation, private practice ownership, and academia as an Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University. She is deeply dedicated to professional advocacy, mental health equity, and consulting on systemic well-being and clinical AI integration.
