Scarlett Seyeon Kang, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C

Scarlett Seyeon Kang is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient care. Throughout her career, she saw how rushed appointments, trial-and-error medications, and fragmented care left many people feeling frustrated and unheard. She wanted to create a different kind of care—one where clients feel fully listened to, supported, and treated as a whole person. She prescribes medication while offering conservative, thoughtful care guided by labs, clinical data, herbal supplements, and optional genetic or ADHD testing. When appropriate, she also helps clients safely reduce medications. Her goal is to help you gain clarity, balance, and confidence, so you can understand how your brain works and make informed choices every day. Born in Korea and raised in the U.S., she understands how culture, lifestyle, and personal experiences shape mental health. She provides care that respects each client’s background, values, and goals. Outside of work, she stays active through hiking, yoga, and dance, which keeps her energized and inspired to support clients with creative, active lifestyles.
