Mothers on Instagram and TikTok have taken over the platforms, providing other moms encouragement and advice on all things motherhood.

For Mother’s Day, here is a list of mom influencers that you should be following.

They Call Me Mama Bennett.

Destiny Bennett is a wife and mother of three young boys under 10. She is a major proponent of “conscious parenting,” a parenting style that inspires parents to set aside their egos when conflicts with their children arise. Instead, parents can use calming techniques, thus allowing a child to become more self-aware and self-expressive, and to have self-belief.

Bennett is a full-time blogger and content creator, with 168k followers on Instagram. She is also a part-time editorial motherhood photographer, as her bio reads, and the author of the book Revised Not Repeated: A Brown Mom’s Guide to Breaking Generational Curses in Parenting.

Parent Coach Destini Ann uses conscious parenting.

Destini Ann is a certified parent coach who runs a 12-week Very Intentional Parenting Program through her website to help parents “increase connection, communication and collaboration” with their child. Destini Ann also received her parent coach certification from the Jai Institute for Parenting.

On social media, she shows her humor and vulnerability on TikTok and Instagram as she illustrates using conscious parenting with her 4-year-old daughter.

Dr. Jazmine McCoy is the real McCoy when it comes to gentle parenting.

Her YouTube channel, podcast and blog are all dedicated to helping mothers become more confident in parenting and connecting with their children. On her various platforms, Dr. Jazmine shows mothers how to parent positively and discipline their little ones with clarity and respect, which can aid in their child’s development and mental health.
