Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway is in hot water for reportedly using private planes to jet-set across the nation according to a report from Tuesday.

House Democrats mention Conway has traveled with former health secretary Tom Price who was forced to resign for racking up nearly $400,000 in government funds for flying privately.

In a letter from Rep. Elijah Cummings, the top Democrat on House Oversight Committee asked Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) Tuesday to subpoena Conway and other officials for their travel records.

The letter states that two out of the four flights was nearly $60,000, citing private documents obtained by the committee.

“The White House has completely stonewalled our requests for documents,” Cummings wrote in his letter to Gowdy. “If you do not issue a subpoena at this point, it will be obvious to the White House and the American people that the Committee has no intention of serving as a true check on the Executive Branch.”

Conway has reportedly traveled with Price on private planes on several trips including Maine, Michigan, New Hampshire, Tennessee, West Virginia and Philadelphia. According to Yahoo News, many of these trips took place between May and September 2017. White House officials claim that Democrats are unleashing a "ridiculous" hyper-partisan attack.

“Members of the president’s Cabinet invite relevant White House staff for official travel to events advancing the president’s agenda,” Deputy White House Press Secretary Hogan Gidley said in a statement. “When White House staff accompany Cabinet members their travel plans are arranged, secured and financed by the inviting agency.”
