Ahead of his appearances in Kasi Lemmons’ musical Black Nativity, as well as Fast & Furious 6, multi-hyphenate Tyrese Gibson, will offer audiences what is purported to be an in-depth look at his humble beginnings, in a new documentary titled Black Rose That Grew Through Concrete.
From growing up in Watts, surrounded by gangs, drugs, and crime, to working to make his dreams a reality, to when he was first *discovered,* on route to celebrity – the documentary will highlight it all.
The film will be released on his website – TyreseOnline.com – on March 31st.
