Issa Rae went to Twitter on Friday to clap back at a social media user who provided an unsolicited comment about the actress' appearance.
"Issa Rae is not an attractive woman to me and that is okay," the Twitter user wrote. "Every black person aint attractive. Also, she will never know who I am and even if she did it doesn’t matter because I don’t want to f**k her or be hired by her."
Issa Rae is not an attractive woman to me and that is okay. Every black person aint attractive. Also, she will never know who I am and even if she did it doesn’t matter because I don’t want to fuck her or be hired by her.

Rae, however, didn't have to dig deep to find a response. She simply went straight to the user's profile picture.
"Okay, but we look the same? The f**k?" the Hollywood star said, pulling up the person's photo.
Okay, but we look the same? The fuck? https://t.co/iW0HVoyMjQ

The Hollywood star's supporters showed up in full force to applaud her response and her beauty.
Hold up, what did shorty say about fine ass Issa?

The resemblance between the actress and the Twitter user appeared to be obvious to most.
Like does she not see the resemblance???? pic.twitter.com/29NlMULv0D

One person decided to take the time to FaceSwap the two women.
I FaceSwapped y’all just to see what happened and while it isn’t a spitting image you could be related. Both beautiful on the outside. Not sure we can say the same for her on the inside, cos that was bang out of order… pic.twitter.com/WfqMxkWfXK

Rae's admirers also pulled out the receipts to prove the star's elegance.
Unattractive where??? ???? https://t.co/hPHemfz1rW

The unwarranted comment about another Black woman's looks appeared to be pointless and destructive to some social media users.
I'm just here wondering what a black woman gets from publicly hating on / sharing a negative opinion about another black woman as if we don't have enough problems in this world already ???? Look at both of their beautiful smiles, smooth chocolate complexion and amazing eyes! pic.twitter.com/ZAAGw9O68L

Many social media users certainly found great pleasure from watching the epic comeback.
I be so happy when my faves respond or cuss y’all out instead of “being a bigger person” when they go low we go to hell pic.twitter.com/2O7mfLZsCl

In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, the Insecure star discussed the transformation she has seen in herself since the show launched in 2016.
“All these memories come up, so I can’t watch it purely objectively. And then, of course, you look at performance stuff, you look at hair stuff, you look at appearance stuff. You’re just like, OK, wow, I went on TV like that?” she said.
The 36-year-old entertainer is currently shooting the final season of Insecure. But her future appears to be even brighter.
After recently signing an overall production deal with HBO’s parent company, WarnerMedia, Rae is currently focused on various ventures, Vanity Fair reported. As one of her projects, the multi-talented creator is producing an adaptation of Nice White Parents, a podcast about a public school in Brooklyn.
She’s also writing, producing, and starring in Perfect Strangers, a story about a group of friends learning each other’s darkest secrets during a dramatic dinner party.
