Jon Stewart took a seat behind Stephen Colbert’s desk, following the wrap-up of the Republican National Convention on Thursday night, to deliver a thorough and comprehensive read to Trump supporters, conservative media, Fox News anchor Sean Hannity and whoever else wanted some.

Stewart leveled his aim at Hannity and detonated a truth bomb to blow through the BS and blatant inconsistencies demonstrated by Hannity and Fox News in their embrace of Donald Trump as a presidential candidate, who he says, “clearly embodies all the things that they have for years said that they have hated about Barack Obama.”

After taking a moment to join his former colleague, Stephen Colbert, in celebration of the recent resignation of Fox News CEO, Roger Ailes, Stewart got in full stride to expose the perverted agenda of the conservative political party.

“I see you and your bulls**t,” he proclaimed. “I see you. You’ve got a problem with Americans fighting for a place at the table,” he continued. “Those fighting to be included in the ideal of equality are not being divisive, those fighting to keep them out are.”

In one of his first political TV appearances since retiring from the “Daily Show” last year, Stewart didn’t stop there. The man clearly had a word on his heart for Trump supporters. “You just want that person to give you your country back, because you feel you’re this country’s rightful owners,” Stewart said. “There’s only one problem with that: This country isn’t yours. You don’t own it. It never was,” he said.

And with that, all who have suffered the painfully divisive rhetoric of Trump and his supporters through this presidential election cycle welcomed brother Stewart into the pulpit with open arms.

Black Twitter was in the congregation with a collective ‘Amen’.

Some came with a testimony.

Others were overcome with unspeakable joy.

And some just came to bask in the splendor of it all. #BeardGang

On behalf of the congregation, I would like to take personally thank brother Stewart for delivering this timely word with an official invite to the church cookout immediately following service.
