In a recent interview with VLAD TV, singer Kelly Price accused her sister of attempting to have her placed in a conservatorship while Price had COVID-19 in 2021. 

"I almost got 'Britney Speared.' There was a conservatorship in play by a specific family member and some of the family did fall out about it," she said before mentioning that her sister was confronted by her family members, according to the interview posted to YouTube. 

"I had a great aunt who actually did have something to say to my sister about that, and said, 'Why would you do that?'" Price said. 

Her aunt allegedly shared that her sister was motivated by money. Price said her sister said, "'If she dies, he [her husband] gets it all.'" Upon being asked if she and her husband had a prenuptial agreement for their union, she said the two don't have a legal contract, but "have an understanding."

In September, rumors swirled that Price was missing. At the time, she said through her attorney that she was taking time to rest in a safe location after being released from the hospital.

Price later revealed in her interview that she was unable to have visitors while she was in the hospital with the virus.

"My heart did stop. I was medically dead. They were able to resuscitate me," she said.

Price previously opened up about having COVID-19, telling her nearly 1 million followers on Instagram how dire her situation was at the time, NBC News reports. 

"At some point, they lost me," she said. "I woke up some days later, a couple days later, and the first thing I remember is the team of doctors standing around me and asking me if I knew what year it was."

"I wasn't feeling so well last night. … It has come back that I have Covid. … I am very achy. I have no appetite. I am very weak. I can barely stay awake," she said in the post.
