Kim Porter, Diddy's ex-girlfriend and the mother of three of his children, has been found dead. Porter was 47 years old.

Although her cause of death hasn't yet been officially confirmed, a source told TMZ the model and actress had been suffering from flu-like symptoms; it is suspected pneumonia could be the cause of her passing. An additional source claimed Porter visited her doctor yesterday because her health wasn't improving.

"Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time," Diddy's spokesperson, Cindi Berger, told TMZ. The tabloid also obtained audio from a 911 call made around noon on Thursday in connection with a patient in cardiac arrest.

“I can confirm that there is an investigation underway in the 10300 block of Woodbridge," Los Angeles Police Department officer Jeff Lee told Us Weekly. "That call came out at 11:38 this morning. And there is a female deceased at the scene. We are sending our homicide detectives over there to find out whether or not foul play was involved.”

Porter had three children with Diddy: 20-year-old Christian Combs and twins Jessie James and D'Lila. The twins are set to celebrate their 12th birthdays on December 21. She was also mother to Quincy, her son with Al B. Sure. Porter and Diddy started dating in 1994, and their on-and-off relationship concluded in 2007. The two seemed to have had an effective co-parenting relationship, however.

Rest in peace, Kim Porter. Our condolences go out to her family at this time.
