Update (September 24, 2019): The Postmates delivery woman accused of stealing Lizzo's food last week said she is fearful of her life.
Lizzo posted a screenshot of the woman's identity and picture on Twitter after the 31-year-old accused her of running into the wind with her food. Talk about being hangry.
The woman, identified as Tiffany W., told TMZ on Monday she obliged by the food delivery service's guidelines.
Tiffany said she waited for 10 minutes while attempting multiple times to contact the "Truth Hurts" singer.
According to Vibe, a Postmates delivery person is only required to wait five minutes.
Tiffany said a room number was not listed on the order and that she later attempted to contact the hotel concierge but was unable to make contact with Lizzo.
Tiffany also claimed the order, which was seafood, isn't her preference.
A Postmates spokesperson backed Tiffany's claims and apologized to Lizzo.
"As soon as Lizzo reached out, we looked into the matter and quickly resolved the issue," the statement read. "We apologize to Lizzo for any inconvenience."
Lizzo issued an apology online after being put on blast by some fans for putting Tiffany's life at risk.
I apologize for putting that girl on blast. I understand I have a large following and that there were so many variables that could’ve put her in danger. Imma really be more responsible with my use of social media and check my petty and my pride at the door. ????

"I understand I have a large following and that there were so many variables that couldn've put her in danger," she tweeted. "Imma really be more responsible with my use of social media and check my petty and pride at the door."
It is not clear what steps are being taken by any officials or Postmates to ensure the safety of Tiffany.
Original: Lizzo learned a quick lesson on when to turn off the petty after receiving criticism for a tweet accusing her Postmates driver of stealing her food.
On Tuesday, the “Juice” singer tweeted a screenshot of her Postmates app and accused the driver named “Tiffany W.” of stealing her food.
The tweet, which has since been deleted, read, “Hey @Postmates this girl Tiffany W. stole my food. she lucky I don’t fight no more.”
According to PageSix, the food delivery company promptly responded to the singer, apologizing for the “less than satisfactory experience.”
While some sided with Lizzo, others thought the singer took things too far by putting the matter on Twitter.
Jesus. This poor girl is going to get fired and then hunted down. Come on, Lizzo.

So you’ve publicly shamed someone who works in the service industry… you’ve nearly a million twitter followers… and you’ve now DMd their employer who will likely sack the individual you shamed publicly after accusing her of theft when you don’t actually know what happened…

So why didn’t you do this beforehand instead of exposing her face to your followers. You do know that the app has a reporting function right?

You DM’d them and then had to put this person on blast to your followers? Trash

Realizing how quickly things went left, Lizzo deleted the tweet and apologized for being insensitive.
I apologize for putting that girl on blast. I understand I have a large following and that there were so many variables that could’ve put her in danger. Imma really be more responsible with my use of social media and check my petty and my pride at the door. ????

The 31-year-old admitted in her tweet that she still has some learning to do when it comes to Twitter etiquette.
Drama aside, Lizzo’s hit “Truth Hurts” remains at No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100 list for the third consecutive week.
