Released digitally today and on CD August 14, the original soundtrack for Sundance 2012 drama "LUV" features 18 original tracks from Portuguese composer Nuno Malo.
Recorded with the Budapest Symphony in Hungary, the score tracks "a cinematic emotional journey for a boy and his conflicted Uncle. The nostaglia of Icelandic band Sigur Ros and the unsettling bass beats of Baltimore’s BlaqStarr are the textures of the movie I wanted audiences to feel," says director Sheldon Candis.
The soundtrack can be found on iTunes here and Amazon here.
In celebration of its release, the film has released two new limited edition art prints, which fans can tweet with the hashtags
#LUVScore and #LuvTheFilm for a chance to win.
