Madonna tried it. Hence why she felt the wrath of not only Beyoncé's fans but the entire internet when she unwittingly posted a caption referring to herself as "the master."

The "Material Girl" took to Instagram on Friday, June 22, referencing The Carters' latest project Everything Is Love, which the couple surprisingly dropped on Saturday, June 16. The "Apesh*t" video, filmed in the Louvre, features Bey, Jay and many other black bodies taking over the notoriously Eurocentric Paris museum.

Somehow, Madonna thought that posting a Photoshop manipulated image of the museum’s famous paintings replaced with her album covers was a good idea.

"Learning from the master…….lol," the original caption read.

Did Madonna tell Bey and Jay to take notes?

You better believe the Beyhive (along with everyone else) swarmed the 59-year-old's comments. It was so bad Madonna changed the caption to "Learning from the teacher," and then once again, finally just writing "Learning."

Learning …………..lol. #art #equals #freedom ????

As you can imagine, things very quickly turned into everyone versus Madonna.

Madonna can take a moment to take her own advice and learn from this that everything isn't worth posting.
