Megan Thee Stallion is back like she never left with a new summer anthem.
After taking a brief hiatus, the Grammy-award winning artist has returned to the scene, along with her alter ego “Tina Snow,” and she’s throwing flames at internet trolls and ultra conservatives with her new track, “Thot S**t.”
The track “celebrates women unapologetically enjoying themselves, doing whatever they want, whenever they want, regardless of what the critics have to say," as written in the press release of the fiery single.
Released on Friday with a visual directed by Aube Perrie, “Thot S**t” claps back at anyone who’s bringing negative energy to the sexual empowerment movement, especially politicians who have been throwing shade in her direction.
The video features a white, uptight, conservative politician saying "stupid regressive whores should have their mouths washed out with holy water," while commenting on a video of Tina Snow, Megan's alter ego.
He says this right before getting ready to masturbate with his Black secretary in the next room. The politician in the video appears to be a play on U.S. Senate candidate James P. Bradley, who thought the world was ending when Meg and Cardi B unleashed “WAP” onto the masses as reported by NME.
Shortly after the release of "WAP" last August, the senator slammed the video on Twitter.
“Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion are what happens when children are raised without God and without a strong father figure,” he wrote. “Their new ‘song’ The #WAP (which i heard accidentally) made me want to pour holy water in my ears and I feel sorry for future girls if this is their role model!”
In the video, after the politician's obsessive trolling, he runs into an array of hot girls twerking everywhere he goes. From the grocery store to the hospital, where Meg is leading the medical staff, the Senator is surrounded by hot girls and he in the end gets exactly what he deserves.
The video speaks to the hypocrisy of conservative politicians and the hate that’s generated by internet trolls. If they haven't figured it out by now, after watching this video, Megan Thee Stallion aka Tina Snow is not playing any games.
“Look motherf**ker. The women that you’re accidentally trying to step on, are everybody that you depend on. They treat your diseases, they cook your meals, they haul your trash, they drive your ambulances, they guard you while you sleep,” Meg explained in a call to the Senator in the video. “They control every part of your life. Do not f**k with them,” she added.
The timing could not have been better for “Hot Girl Meg” to drop another anthem that’s sure to set the streets and the clubs on fire. As she returns to her spot as one of the most popular artists in the game, the Houston rapper is serving notice that she’s taking no prisoners in 2021.
"Thot S**t" is the first song that Meg has dropped in 2021, and if this is any indication of what she has in store, this hot girl summer just might be the hottest one ever.
