“Additionally, our flagship store is closed right now but our online store is open 24/7 to serve you and is the only authorized retailer of our brand.”

The Marathon has experienced a notable increase in sales since Hussle’s death. In April, TMZ reported several celebrities have supported the business.

Customers include 2Chainz, T.I. and NBA players Al Harrington, DeMar DeRozan and J.R. Smith. Sources told the gossip site all of them refused to accept free items and insisted on paying for the merch.

Hussle died on March 31 after he was shot multiple times as he stood outside of the store. The alleged shooter Eric Holder plead not guilty to first-degree murder charges and attempted murder for Nip’s death and injuries to two of his associates. If Holder is convicted, he faces life in prison.

On Monday, an Instagram video showing Hussle embracing another man was circulated and people claimed he was hugging Holder, as Blavity previously reported. The rumor gained more traction when rapper BG Knocc Out claimed Holder was once signed to Nip’s label but was eventually kicked out for snitching.

A source close to Nipsey’s inner circle debunked the claims.

"Nipsey is embracing Flacco, who is NOT Eric Holder," the source explained.

It is unclear when the store will reopen.
