Twitter had a field day after Candace Owens revealed she was denied from getting a COVID-19 test at a private COVID testing clinic in Colorado. Owens was perhaps looking for sympathy when she shared the appointment cancellation notice from Aspen Laboratories founder Suzanna Lee, who recalled the conservative pundit's history of callousness and vehemently denied to offer service at this particular testing center.
"We cannot support anyone who has pro-actively worked to make this pandemic worse by spreading misinformation, politicizing and discouraging the wearing of masks and actively dissuading people from receiving life-saving vaccinations," wrote Lee, who runs the private lab in Aspen, Colorado, according to The Daily Beast.
Many on social media, with the exception of a select few, had a hard time conjuring up sympathy for the vitriolic conservative. "Candace Owens wasn't judged by the color of her skin but by the content of her character," Christopher Bouzy tweeted.

Besides, Candace Owens said racism doesn't exist in America.

Owens' history has also caused some people to question her identity. Consequently, the pundit's critics say she doesn't have any right to paint herself as a victim of discrimination. "A black woman was discriminated and denied health care? I thought Candace Owens was denied health care… I'm confused," @Brashnotboring tweeted.

The jokes kept coming while Owens was somewhere fuming about the letter.

According to The Daily Beast, the right-wing commentator has described the pandemic as “the greatest political scam in the history of the world.”
She also compared vaccinating children to child abuse.

Some say the Republican, who has a reputation of attracting attention with inflammatory takes, is once again attempting to get people riled up. "She’s obviously doing it for attention and trying to get people on her side. She wants to just control people," @MrAndMrsSkye tweeted.

The 32-year-old may be a hero to her fellow anti-maskers and vaccine-refuting peers. To others, however, she is a full-fledged scam artist. "Exactly. Another Con Job," Mariano Apilado tweeted.
Exactly. Another Con Job.

Lee is evidently among those who refuse to be swayed by the anti-vaxxer.
“My team and myself have worked overtime, to exhaustion, unpaid and underpaid this past year, spending our own capital to ensure that our community remains protected. It would be unfair to them and to the sacrifices we have all made this year to serve you,” the clinic owner wrote.
In response, Owens described Lee’s email as “emotionally unstable and hysterical.”
“Truly, I’ve never laughed harder,” she wrote. “Nothing screams ‘this virus isn’t political’ quite like Googling the names of the people who book tests with you and determining on a case by case basis whether or not you will let them comply with your community covid measures."
She continued to rant, saying "nothing screams ‘I love my community’ quite like refusing to test people who are going to a local event and wish to ensure they are negative and therefore do not spread the virus.”
But the conservative's reputation is clearly making it hard for people to believe that she truly cares about the safety of her community.
