Shots were fired at an Atlanta studio where Offset was recording at on Wednesday night, according to TMZ. The Migos rapper, 27, was recording at a studio in Atlanta when bullets started hitting the building, reportedly striking  vehicles and damaging the exterior. Surveillance footage reportedly shows a car pulling up to the studio and firing shots before speeding away.

By the time police responded to the incident at Crossover Entertainment Group studio, Offset had already left. At least one witness believes that Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, may have been the intended target of the shooting. 

According to Hot News Hip Hop, it was reported that one man was shot in the leg, but that hasn't been confirmed. 

In December 2018, rapper Cardi B announced that she and Offset had broken up. In April, TMZ reported that the rapper is facing felony firearm possession charges stemming from a 2018 arrest in Georgia.
