Raven-Symoné, like much of The Cosby Show cast, has replied 'no comment' when asked about her opinion of the sexual assault allegations against Bill Cosby.

In a recent interview with People Now, the actress and television personality said that she'd rather not get into the nitty-gritty of Cosby's mistrial, however, did say this: “I am trying to do this show right now, and [Cosby’s case is] going to work it out. I want everybody who deserves justice to get justice.”

Since the allegations surfaced in 2014 and more women have come forward claiming to be past victims of Cosby, Symoné has spoken out little by little.

“I was NOT taking advantage of by Mr. Cosby when I was on The Cosby Show,” she wrote on Instagram after rumors of abuse began to swirl. “I was practically a baby on that show and this is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of! Everyone on that show treated me with nothing but kindness. Now keep me out of this!”

In 2015, while a member of the panel of The View, she said, “I don’t really like to talk about it that much because he’s the reason I’m on this panel in the first place. He gave me my first job. But at the same time, you need the proof, and then I’ll be able to give my judgment here or there. And now there are real facts. More people can come up."

As you probably know, Raven-Symoné first made her television debut as Olivia Kendall on The Cosby Show in 1989.

People Now, recognizing that the actress is likely finding the trial difficult to talk about, asked her how she handled the pressure of being connected to Cosby.

Symoné replied, “It’s interesting. Like I said earlier, things are going to happen. Tough things are gonna happen. And if my mom and dad and brother are healthy, and people around me are healthy and going through stuff that they can get over eventually, I don’t call it ‘hard’ or ‘challenging,’ because I try not to internalize it.”

This likely won't be the last time Symoné is asked about the Cosby cases, especially given that her former co-star, Keisha Knight-Pulliam, has made controversial statements about her support of Cosby.

“Living through that moment and knowing that things are ebb-and-flowing at all times, I was hoping the best for the outcome that it needed to be,” Symoné said. “Chalk it up, hope everything’s okay, figure it out on either side.”
